The Dietitian Made the Menu...Now What?

This course teaches caregivers how to support meals from start to finish when anxiety and resistance are high. You’ll learn how to prepare before the meal so avoidance doesn’t take over, stay calm and consistent during eating without escalating or negotiating, and respond after the meal in ways that contain distress without undoing progress. The focus is on steady, realistic support that helps meals happen even when emotions are loud.
